The Service does not operate as a fully autonomous content generation system.

Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the content you create, upload, or store using the Service, including but not limited to:

• Lyrics and drafts

• Notes and annotations

• Audio recordings

• Song structures and related metadata

Lyric Boost does not claim ownership or authorship over user content.

License to Operate the Service

You grant Lyric Boost a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Lyric Boost does not sell user-generated content.

The Service includes assistive features designed to surface suggestions, references, or contextual information based on user input.

These features:

• Are dependent on user-provided data

• Produce suggestions rather than complete creative works

• Are intended for optional use at the discretion of the user

You are responsible for reviewing, modifying, and determining how any suggestions are incorporated into your work.

Lyric Boost makes no representations regarding the suitability, originality, or legal status of any suggestions in a user’s final output.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties

• Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service

• Use the Service to develop or train competing products or services

Lyric Boost reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to violations.

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Pricing and plan details are provided at checkout

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law

• Subscription cancellations prevent future billing but do not result in refunds for unused time

Lyric Boost may modify pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

Lyric Boost may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse or abuse the Service

• Engage in unlawful activity

Upon termination, access to the Service will cease. Data deletion requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

All software, interfaces, branding, and non-user content associated with the Service are owned by Lyric Boost or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Lyric Boost materials without prior authorization.

Lyric Boost may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Lyric Boost disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyric Boost will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

• Outcomes arising from how users apply assistive features

Lyric Boost’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lyric Boost in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyric Boost from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your content

• Your violation of these Terms

Use of the Service is subject to the Lyric Boost Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and protected.

Lyric Boost may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email where required.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
